All terms of sale are taken between Le Trou de Souris and the online customers. All products can be shipped throughout the European Union.
All terms of sale are registered under French Law.

Counterfeiting

Any reproduction or representation, all or part, on any medium and to purposes other than those for which they are intended is prohibited. The non-observance of this restriction constitutes a counterfeit that may give rise to civil and criminal liability on the part of the counterfeiter. The information contained in this service is non-contractual and subject to change without notice.
Contact form
Personal data collected through a contact form shall not be disclosed to parties other than those belonging to our corporation. However, as the Data-processing and Liberties Act requires it, we inform you that your answers are optional and that a non-response will bear no particular consequence. Nevertheless, your answers must be sufficient to enable us to process the information.

Responsibilities

Le Trou de Souris has no obligations of means and denies all responsibility in case of a distribution failure for any reasons whatsoever.

Prices

Prices are in Euro. They include the value added tax currently applied. Any tax rate changes will be applied without notice. Any shipping rate increase will be applied to the order without notice as well.

Order and Payment

Only online payments are valid.
Three means of payment are offered:
- by check -with the correct amount on it, sent by mail with a copy of the order form.
- by phone -with a valid credit card.
- by money transfer -the swift number is mentioned after the online ordering procedure.

Checks coming from a country outside France and Monaco are not accepted. The amount must be in Euro.
Le Trou de Souris reserves the right to cancel an order following a previous payment dispute.
Allow 5 business days for delivery after payment has been received. An E-mail is sent to the customer when unexpected delays occur.

Availability

Only sent produces are billed. If a produce is not in stock, a mail is sent to the customer as soon as possible. It is then possible to change or to cancel your order by phone.
Refunds are given thirty days after the order was placed.

Shipping

The order is not shipped until the complete amount is paid. All orders can be shipped to any address. Countries where shipping is possible are listed on the order form. No order can be shipped outside the European Union without mutual consent of Le Trou de Souris and the customer. Shipping rates may vary depending on destination and content.

Le Trou de Souris is not responsible for orders that were not received by the customers or that are put on hold by the local post office. No order can be returned.

Length of Terms of sale

All terms of sale are valid while the online services are on.

Proof of payment

All data received and stored by Le Trou de Souris and its partners are a legal proof of communication, order and payment.

Law

All the terms above are applied under French law and under French jurisdiction.
